Goals
- 100% smoke-free workplaces and public places
- Ban on all retail tobacco displays (powerwalls)
- Prohibit tobacco sales in pharmacies, healthcare facilities and educational institutions
- Recovery of tobacco-related healthcare costs from tobacco companies
- Tobacco tax increase
